...And we're back.
Anyone else have a problem trying to spit out a quality answer to the question "So what's been going on lately?" in the months of January and February every year? Well.....yeah. That's been me. Just not a lot going on in Ol' Dixon's head lately.
If I post all of the things that I've been up to recently, most all of what you'd see would be pictures of food that either I have made, or have been served in a restaurant. I have this strange need to take pictures of plates of food. If I post all of them, I run the risk of this here award-winning blog (as far as you know) being typecast. We (the Royal "We") here at UUKBlog pride ourselves on taking the shotgun approach to topic selection. But it's been a good February, and there's some new posts in the blog pipeline. So consider this the first true posting slump, of which there will likely be many more. I'm okay with that. You?
Back at it.... Stay tuned.
By the way....that's the Chicken & Waffles at the Rialto Cafe, Downtown Denver. Recommended, obviously. I would mainline the gravy alone.

I was told that I would never have a famous blog because I don't have a theme...screw that, I like too much stuff to stick with one topic. I like variety in life! But I do find your food posts interesting...hamballs WTF?
